Fresh Pond House is a modern barn-inspired residence designed with a focus on material integrity, natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The architecture references the area’s agrarian history through twin-gabled forms and a restrained palette of natural materials including royal Alaskan yellow cedar shingles, custom-milled vertical cedar siding, standing seam metal, and metal flashing details that will provide lasting protection and age beautifully with time. Inside, vaulted ceilings, exposed rafters, European white oak flooring, custom millwork and fireplaces establish a warm, minimal language, while integrated details and concealed systems maintain a clean architectural expression throughout. Large lift-and-slide doors extend the main living areas directly to the pool deck, terrace and outdoor kitchen, reinforcing the home’s emphasis on indoor-outdoor living and understated luxury.
